When you register as a shopkeeper, we collect your name, shop details, contact information, and bank/UPI details for commission payouts. When a customer registers through a shopkeeper's referral link, we collect the name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and service of interest that they provide.
Customer information is used to identify which shopkeeper referred them, to follow up on their enquiry, and to calculate commission for the referring shopkeeper. Shopkeeper information is used to manage the referral program, process approvals, and pay commissions.
We do not sell customer or shopkeeper data to third parties. A shopkeeper can only see the customers they personally referred — never another shopkeeper's referrals.
We retain referral and commission records for as long as necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
